Feta cheese saganaki
Heat the frying pan, with 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Take the feta, and cut a slice about 1,5 cm thick. Dip it for an instant into water, and then into plain flour.
Make sure there is flour on both its sides.
After the pan has heated enough, you place the feta into the pan. You will know it is ready, when it has a golden crust.
Tip : You can replace the flour with sesame seeds.
