Cheese pie with feta
· 1 cup raising flour
· 1 cup soft butter
· 2 cups Greek yogurt
· 4 eggs
· 1/2 kg. Feta cheese, crumbled, not mashed
· bread crumbs
· sesame seeds
Mix all ingredients together except breadcrumbs.
Grease an ovenproof baking pan and spread the breadcrumbs.
Put the mixture into the pan and spread some sesame seeds on top.
Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180oC.
Serve warm or cold.
